DYPA tourism apprenticeship applications open until September 20, 2026

Applications for Greece's DYPA apprenticeship programs in tourism and hospitality continue until September 20, 2026. The programs are offered at seven Experimental Vocational Schools (PEPAS) for the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a middle school diploma. The receptionist specialty requires a B2 level foreign language certificate. The dual system combines theoretical training from November to April with paid practical work in 4-star and 5-star hotels from May to October. Apprentices receive a daily wage equal to 95% of the minimum wage, a monthly housing allowance of 240 euros, and a daily meal allowance of 9 euros. They also receive study leave and military service deferment. The schools are located in Athens, Thessaloniki, Corfu, Heraklion, Mytilene, Patras, and Rhodes.
