Dulquer Salmaan's 'I'm Game' earns ₹5.05 crore on day one in Kerala and beyond
Dulquer Salmaan's Malayalam comeback film, I'm Game, collected ₹5.05 crore on its opening day, surpassing Yash's Toxic but falling short of expectations. The action thriller, released on September 3, received mixed reviews from critics and audiences. The film earned ₹4.30 crore from its Malayalam version, ₹0.65 crore from Telugu, and ₹0.10 crore from Hindi, with 44% overall occupancy across India. Its opening day collection did not beat Dulquer's previous Malayalam release, King of Kotha, which earned ₹6.85 crore in 2023. I'm Game ranks among Dulquer's top five highest-opening films, behind Lucky Baskhar, King of Kotha, and Kurup. The film, directed by Nahas Hidhayath, stars Antony Varghese, Mysskin, and Kayadu Lohar, and follows a gambler whose life changes after a series of difficult events.
