Dubai's Services 360 initiative has saved customers Dh2.3 billion and government entities Dh1.6 billion, totaling Dh3.9 billion in service savings. The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs received the Hamdan Flag for its outstanding performance. The Hamdan Flag was awarded during the annual awards ceremony of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services. The Services 360 policy has redesigned 997 government services, improving efficiency and customer experience. Other awards included Dubai Customs for its e-commerce project and Dubai Police for digitalizing death-related procedures. The Roads and Transport Authority achieved the highest customer trust score for the second year.
