A drone likely from Ukraine exploded Saturday near a gas pipeline in Bulgaria after crossing from Romania, causing no casualties or damage, officials said. The drone detonated about 100 meters inside Bulgarian territory, some 200 meters from a Romanian compressor station, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said. Initial analysis suggested it was a Ukrainian "Maya" decoy drone, with the incident likely accidental. Both countries are NATO and EU members. Bulgaria will reinforce border surveillance and raise the incident at the North Atlantic Council next week.
