Driver faces charges in hit-and-run death of Lansing man

A 19-year-old man, Ryan Mosher, was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Owosso, Michigan, on Friday night. Police have charged Dolphis Rabidoux III with reckless driving causing death and failure to stop after the accident. Mosher was involved in two crashes around 10 p.m. while trying to turn out of a parking lot. He was ejected from his vehicle after being struck by an eastbound Jeep. Rabidoux allegedly hit Mosher after the initial crash and did not stop. Mosher was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
