Double murderer seeks return to family home in Co Waterford

A double murderer is challenging restrictions preventing him from returning to his family home. Declan Power, convicted of murdering his wife and a publican in 2003, argues the 18km exclusion zone around Clashmore village is unreasonable. He seeks to live at his own home, which falls within the radius. Power was released on strict conditions in 2021.
