Dollar and euro exchange rates in Ukraine on September 5: buy and sell prices at exchange offices

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, most Ukrainian currency exchange points and bank branches will buy dollars at 44.30–44.60 hryvnias and sell at 44.75–45.10 hryvnias, according to analyst Oleksiy Kozyrev. The euro will be bought at 51.40–51.90 hryvnias and sold at 52.20–52.50 hryvnias. Kozyrev stated exchangers will not speculate on rate movements but work "from turnover," potentially narrowing the spread between buy and sell rates. Most exchangers will maintain a dollar spread of 15–20 kopiykas and a euro spread of 20–40 kopiykas, though the "greediest" networks in busy areas may keep spreads up to 1 hryvnia. The National Bank set the official rate for September 7 at 44.56 hryvnias per dollar and 51.79 hryvnias per euro.
