Documentary explores history of iconic Australian punk band the Hard-Ons

A new documentary titled *The Most Australian Band Ever!* explores the history of the Sydney punk band the Hard-Ons. Formed in 1980 by students at Punchbowl Boys’ High School, the band gained international recognition over four decades. The film highlights the band's multicultural background and their experiences in the Australian music scene. It contrasts their early days with the challenges they faced as outsiders in the industry. The documentary will be screened at Randwick Ritz and Classic Cinema Elsternwick on December 18. A companion film is set to follow next year, covering the band's later career.
