A woman whose stomach made her look pregnant had a 20cm cancerous ovarian tumour, and after treatment and early menopause she shed over four stone with a meal plan. Debs Dunham, then 44, saw her stomach swell in 2020; a scan revealed the tumour. After a successful hysterectomy and early menopause, her weight rose to 15st 8lbs.
