Dixon Technologies raises FY25 revenue guidance to ₹40,000 crore but shares drop 10%
Dixon Technologies has raised its revenue guidance for FY25 to ₹40,000 crore, up from the previous estimate of ₹30,000-32,000 crore. This marks a significant increase of 25% to 33%. Despite the positive news, Dixon's shares fell 10% in trading, following a more than 100% rise earlier in 2024. The decline is attributed to profit booking by investors. The company reported a revenue of ₹11,534 crore for the September quarter, significantly higher than ₹4,943 crore a year ago. The mobile segment remains a key growth area, contributing 82% to total revenue.
