Dhyan Sreenivasan's Detective Ujjwalan begins filming in Kerala

Actor Dhyan Sreenivasan's new film, *Detective Ujjwalan*, has officially started shooting as of November 17, 2024. The film is an investigative thriller produced by Weekend Blockbusters and is set for release in 2025. *Detective Ujjwalan* is written and directed by debutants Indraneel Gopeekrishnan and Rahul G. The film will be part of the Weekend Cinematic Universe, which began with *Minnal Murali* in 2021. A teaser for the film was released on September 3, introducing Dhyan as a rookie detective. The production team includes cinematographers Prem Akkattu and Sraiyanti, editor Chaman Chacko, and composer Rzee.
