Democrats achieve key victories in DuPage County elections, ousting longtime coroner

In the recent election, Democrats achieved significant victories in DuPage County, including the ousting of longtime coroner Richard Jorgensen by Judith Lukas. Lukas won by nearly 5,400 votes, marking a shift in local leadership. Democratic incumbents also secured wins in key positions, including circuit clerk and auditor.
