Delta flight returns to MSP after mechanical issue shortly after takeoff

A Delta Airlines flight made an emergency landing at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport shortly after takeoff. The flight was headed to Amsterdam but returned due to a mechanical issue with the plane's flaps. The aircraft had 272 passengers on board. Delta stated it would replace the aircraft and crew if necessary.
