Death Stranding 2 players wield battle guitar

Players in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will be able to use a "battle guitar" as a melee weapon, according to the game's ESRB rating. The ESRB rating confirms the battle guitar, seen in the announcement trailer, will be a playable weapon. The trailer showed Troy Baker's character using the guitar, which appears to shoot electric energy. The game, launching June 26, 2025, will have players reprise their role as Sam Bridges in a post-apocalyptic world. A limited edition DualSense controller will also be available.
