Dear SV program supports grandmothers in Manila North Cemetery with food cart franchise and essentials
MANILA, Philippines – The program Dear SV recently visited Manila North Cemetery to support two grandmothers, Nanay Ligaya and Nanay Lilian, who care for their families and loved ones' graves. They live in modest conditions and face daily hardships. During the visit, host Sam “SV” Verzosa provided the grandmothers with a food cart franchise to help them earn a sustainable income. He also delivered groceries, school supplies, and cleaning materials to assist with their daily needs. This initiative highlights the resilience of the grandmothers and the importance of community support. It aims to improve their quality of life and recognize their dedication to helping others.
