Dallas man arrested for February deadly shooting

Dallas police have arrested 31-year-old Thomas Jefferson in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred on February 28. Officers found 40-year-old James Brown Jr. shot on Dimple Jackson Street; he later died in the hospital. Jefferson was apprehended by the U.S. Marshal's Task Force on Wednesday at Jeffries Street. He faces charges of capital murder by terror threat/other felony. His bond has been set at $1 million, according to Dallas County Jail records.
