Dallas Fort Worth International Airport announces $1.6 billion renovation and new terminal
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport has announced a $1.6 billion (£1.2 billion) renovation, including the construction of its first new terminal in nearly 20 years. Terminal F will feature 15 gates and a 400,000 square foot concourse. Work on Terminal F has already begun, with plans for completion by 2027. The new terminal will connect to an expanded Terminal E via the Skylink light rail system. Additionally, Terminals A and C will also undergo expansions. The airport, which served 81.7 million passengers last year, is one of the busiest in the world. It currently offers flights to over 250 destinations, including direct routes from the UK.
