Dacia plans to launch a hybrid version of the Duster 4x4 by the end of 2025. This model will feature an electrified rear axle and will include an automatic transmission and an LPG option, according to CEO Denis Le Vot. Currently, the Duster 4x4 starts at £23,550 in the UK, while the new hybrid version is expected to cost at least £24,350. The Dacia Bigster may also receive this powertrain, as it shares similar technology with the Duster. Le Vot noted that an all-electric Duster is planned for a future generation, likely around 2030 or 2031. The Duster was the top-selling SUV in Europe as of November 2023.
