Cowboy Bebop PS2 game gets English fan translation

gamesradar.com

A fan translation has been released for the 2005 Japan-only PlayStation 2 game Cowboy Bebop: Tsuioku no Serenade, 20 years after its original release. The patch, created by modder SONICMAN69, fully translates all text and graphics into English, allowing fans to experience an original story that acts as a bonus episode of the anime. Publisher Bandai had previously planned a worldwide release for the game, but these plans were canceled before an English version could be produced.
