The corrigendum, published in the International Journal of Nanomedicine, revised apoptosis rates for several treatment groups, including the combined DHA@MFn plus near-infrared light group. All revised values remained statistically significant, with the combined therapy still producing the highest cell death. The authors discovered the errors after rechecking raw data, and also corrected a sample-size notation. They apologized for the mistakes, stating the changes improve accuracy without altering the paper's conclusions.
