Construction begins on Herve's Site Chapelier project

Construction has begun on the Site Chapelier project in Herve, Belgium, after years of delays. Earthworks are underway on Rue de la Clef for two buildings and 20 apartments, part of a larger development initially planned for 82 apartments and commercial spaces. The project, one of the largest in Herve's center in decades, faced delays and is now expected to be completed in phases, with this initial phase finishing in late 2027.
