Colorado Springs police arrest three in burglary ring

Colorado Springs police arrested three men suspected of being part of a burglary ring responsible for over 50 break-ins. The arrests followed an investigation into a pattern of burglaries across Colorado Springs and the Front Range. The suspects, Neybin Arias Rivas, Oscar Lobo Castillo, and Darwin Salas Rodriguez, were apprehended on Friday during warrant executions at multiple locations. They are believed to be part of an organized group targeting construction sites and new homes. Police recovered appliances, electronics, and hundreds of tools, estimating dozens of victims. The investigation involved the Colorado Springs Police Department, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, and the Monument Police Department.
