Coal India rewards CMC for thalassemia treatment

Coal India Limited recognized Christian Medical College (CMC) for its thalassemia treatment program, a move supporting underprivileged children. The award, part of Coal India's Thalassemia Bal Sewa Yojana, was presented to CMC's Department of Haematology for its work. The initiative has facilitated life-saving transplants for 208 children at CMC. The award, titled "Gift of Life," highlights Coal India's Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. The CMC director praised the Haematology Department's achievement.
