Cliffs of Moher fall killed boy instantly

A 12-year-old boy died instantly after falling from the Cliffs of Moher, according to a coroner's inquest. Witness testimony revealed the boy slipped on a puddle and lost his balance before falling. The inquest into Zhihan Zhao's death, which occurred last July, concluded the death was accidental, caused by multiple traumatic injuries. The Cliffs of Moher trail has been partially closed since last year due to safety concerns, following two fatal accidents. The boy's body was recovered from the sea five days after the fall.
