Claudio Sanchez launches signature guitar brand Evil Instruments with Jackhammer model

Claudio Sanchez, guitarist for Coheed and Cambria, has launched his own guitar brand, Evil Instruments, with the introduction of the Jackhammer guitar. This model combines elements from his favorite guitars and is produced in collaboration with Dunable. The Jackhammer will be available in two versions: a high-spec US-made model and a more affordable South Korean option. Both feature a mahogany body and ebony fretboard, with the US version including premium hardware and pickups. Sanchez designed the guitar himself, inspired by his long-time use of the Gibson Explorer. Prices will start at approximately $1,600, with pre-orders expected soon.
