City unveils yellow bench to fight endometriosis

A yellow bench, symbolizing the fight against endometriosis, was inaugurated today, marking the start of a day dedicated to raising awareness of endometriosis and fibromyalgia. The event aims to highlight these chronic illnesses affecting thousands, primarily women. The event, organized by the local government and Auser, included a walk and a conference featuring specialists and activists. Key speakers included Alice Bandino, rheumatologist Egidio Camerada, and gynecologist Annita Dessì, along with representatives from relevant associations. The day also featured a mobile clinic for fibromyalgia awareness.
