Citizens Bank introduces new online CDs with varying rates and terms

Citizens Bank now offers two online CDs: a 10-month CD with a high rate and a 14-month CD with a lower rate. Both require customers to have a Citizens checking account and live in select states. For those outside these states, Citizens Access, the bank's online division, provides CDs with terms from one to five years. These CDs have a minimum deposit of $5,000, which is higher than some competitors that allow $0 deposits.
