Chromecast (2nd gen) and Audio face casting issues

Owners of Chromecast (2nd gen) and Chromecast Audio have faced issues casting audio and video content due to an "Untrusted device" error. This problem has persisted for several days, affecting users worldwide. As of March 14, Google is rolling out firmware updates to address the issue. Chromecast (2nd gen) is receiving version 1.56.467165, while Chromecast Audio gets 1.56.467166. Users can force the update by unplugging and replugging their devices. Google has acknowledged the problem and advised against factory resetting devices, as this may complicate the issue further. Newer Chromecast models are not affected by this outage.
