China's human spaceflight agency plans to launch two crewed missions, Shenzhou 20 and Shenzhou 21, in 2025, along with a cargo spacecraft. This follows the ongoing occupancy of the Tiangong space station since its completion in late 2022. Currently, the Shenzhou 19 crew is conducting various experiments aboard Tiangong, including using an AI robot named Xiao Hang. They are studying the effects of microgravity on visual processing and brainwave music intervention. The Shenzhou 19 astronauts, who arrived in late October 2024, are over 130 days into their mission, which includes spacewalks. A launch date for Shenzhou 20 has not yet been announced.
