China nears completion of world's tallest unfinished skyscraper

Construction on China's Goldin Finance 117, the world's tallest unfinished skyscraper, is nearing completion after nearly two decades. The 596-meter, 128-story building in Tianjin, already a Guinness World Record holder, is installing its decorative crown. Work resumed last year after multiple halts since 2008. The project is now in its final phase, with 17 companies expressing interest in leasing space. The skyscraper features advanced engineering for wind and earthquake resistance.
