Chhattisgarh removed education officer after poor exam results
The District Education Officer of Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, has been removed from his position due to poor performance in the 10th and 12th-grade board exams. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed dissatisfaction with the educational results during a review meeting on Friday, leading to the officer's transfer to Jagdalpur. Vijay Kumar Lahare has been appointed as the new in-charge District Education Officer. The Education Department emphasized a zero-tolerance policy and results-oriented approach, with the CM stressing the importance of improved educational standards. A new Block Education Officer has also been appointed in Janjgir-Champa.
