Chaupal, a regional streaming platform for Punjabi, Haryanvi and Bhojpuri content, has completed five years of operation, celebrating its milestone with a new campaign and a seven-day free trial for new users. Founded by Sandeep Bansal, the platform has grown its audience across India and internationally, offering original web series and films. It was also selected for the Google Play Accelerator India, Class of 2026, highlighting its focus on technology and app innovation. Chaupal’s content library includes titles like Advocate Chauhan and upcoming original Shikaari. The platform has expanded distribution through partnerships with JioTV, Tata Play Binge, Airtel Xtreme and Prime Video, aiming to increase access to regional entertainment worldwide.
