At the 58th Emmys, the original trio reunited to honor late producer Aaron Spelling, but Jackson initially refused rehearsal, prompting Smith to swear, and producers later tried to remove Jackson over her speech. The teleprompter crashed during Smith's tribute, though she delivered it from memory to cheers. Fawcett died in 2009, so Ladd, who joined in 1977, completes this reunion. The trio has appeared together at events this year, including a Paley Center gathering in April.
