Chandigarh police defused Happy Passia module's unstable explosive

Chandigarh police safely neutralized a 2 kg explosive device linked to the Happy Passia terror module, averting a potential large-scale attack. The IED, recovered from two arrested operatives, was neutralized by a bomb disposal unit outside the city limits on Saturday. The device, suspected to contain RDX, was powerful enough to cause significant damage. The explosive was secured after the arrests of Joban Jit Singh and Sumandeep, with the army citing the device's instability as the reason for immediate disposal.
