A 33-year-old man, Jesse Matthew Balk, was arrested for threatening Watertown police officers after a traffic stop on Saturday. He allegedly made threats to shoot and kill officers, which were recorded on police camera. Following his release, Balk posted several threats on Facebook, including a photo with a gun. He does not have a pistol permit, and the posts have since been removed. Balk was arrested again on Wednesday for aggravated harassment and making a terroristic threat. He was arraigned and is being held on bail at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
