Celebrities admit to fabricating heights ages and origins
Several celebrities have admitted to lying about their heights, ages, or origins. Jacob Elordi revealed he falsely claimed to be shorter than his actual height of 6'5". Idris Elba pretended to be American during auditions for "The Wire," while Laverne Cox lied about her age for nearly two decades. Nicole Kidman and Gabrielle Carteris also misrepresented their heights and ages, respectively, to secure roles. Other notable examples include Chloe Grace Moretz, who lied about her British background for a film, and Agyness Deyn, who faced rumors about her true age. The hip-hop duo Silibil N' Brains fabricated their identities as Californian rappers, hiding their Scottish roots. Their deception led to success but ultimately strained their friendship and mental health. A biopic about their story is currently in development.
