CBSE Class 10 Hindi exam considered moderately difficult
The CBSE conducted the Class 10 Hindi exam on February 28, 2025, with around 42 lakh students participating. The exam featured a balanced mix of knowledge, analysis, and application-based questions across 7,842 centers in India and 26 locations abroad. This year, multiple-choice questions were removed from the grammar section, which some students found time-consuming. However, literature questions were generally easier, while the unseen poetry passage posed more challenges. Experts noted that the exam was well-organized and aligned with the NCERT syllabus. It included a mix of direct and analytical questions, with about 90% of the syllabus covered, providing a fair opportunity for students to demonstrate their understanding.
