Carman church fire deemed suspicious by RCMP

A fire at the Grace-St. John's Anglican Lutheran church in Carman, Manitoba, has been classified as suspicious by the RCMP. The fire occurred early Thursday morning, causing significant damage and collapsing the church's floor. Emergency crews battled the blaze from outside, and it was under control by 6 a.m. About 75% of the church's interior was damaged. No injuries were reported, and no one was inside at the time. The RCMP are seeking public assistance in their investigation. They request anyone with video footage from the area between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m. on Thursday to come forward.
