Canada launches advent calendar campaign to spotlight 25 most wanted fugitives
Canada's Bolo Program has launched its annual campaign to highlight the 25 most wanted fugitives, using an "advent calendar" format. This year's list includes suspects linked to serious crimes in Toronto and York regions, aiming to raise public awareness. Among the wanted individuals is Adrian Walker, accused of first-degree murder in May. A $50,000 reward is offered for information leading to his arrest. Other suspects include Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone, wanted for a fatal stabbing, and Cristian Cuxum, linked to a shooting during Thanksgiving 2022. Bolo has reported that 30 out of 70 fugitive cases have led to arrests in the past. The program encourages the public to provide tips anonymously, emphasizing that they are not seeking witnesses or evidence, just the locations of the suspects.
