The deal includes Cinzano's intellectual property, inventory, and some Italian production equipment, along with the Frattina grappa business. The sale is part of Campari's strategy to streamline its portfolio and focus on core alcoholic beverage brands. The transaction, expected to close by the end of 2025, follows Cinzano and Frattina's 75 million euro in sales in 2024, representing 2% of Campari's total sales.
