Calgary Flames General Manager Craig Conroy stated the team will not re-sign forward Dillon Dube. Dube was one of five players acquitted of sexual assault charges in July. Dube, a former Flames player, was charged in 2024 related to an alleged 2018 incident. His contract expired after the charges were filed. The NHL reinstated the players, making them eligible to sign contracts and play starting October 15 and December 1, respectively.
