Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle reported quarterback Caleb Williams is highly motivated and dedicated to learning the team's playbook. Williams has been independently studying and working to master the details. Doyle noted Williams' commitment, including after-hours study, is evident to teammates. Doyle, who helped develop Bo Nix in Denver, aims to build the offense around Williams, similar to his approach with Nix. The Bears are currently in the process of refining their offensive strategy during OTAs and training camp, aiming to provide Williams with a comprehensive understanding of the system.
