Budget store brand wins consumer test for best vegetable bouillon

A budget-friendly store brand, Kania from Lidl, was rated the best vegetable bouillon in a consumer test. The test evaluated nine cube and three paste products on appearance, aroma, taste, texture, and finish. Kania received a "good" rating, with paste bouillons from Morga and Naturaplan ranking second and third. The study found no direct correlation between price and quality, with some expensive bouillons performing poorly and the winning product being one of the cheapest.
