Seventy-eight uniformed personnel within the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) have been promoted to encourage better service. The promotions, announced Thursday, include 24 commissioned and 54 non-commissioned personnel, according to BuCor Director General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr. The names of those promoted were not disclosed. The promotions aim to improve operational efficiency and foster a culture of excellence within BuCor, according to the Director General. Seven non-uniformed personnel were also promoted.
