Ricky described using oil as black as tar, thawing burger steaks in microwaves, and working with broken ventilation hoods for six months. He also reported dirty floors, greasy walls, and expired onion ring packaging dated April 16, 2026, with staff complaining of slave-like conditions. AFSCA confirmed it is processing the complaint, while the management cited financial fraud by a former employee for payment delays. The company insists it follows strict hygiene rules, though its Paris-based partner Taster faces similar allegations.
