Brussels Airlines to equip its fleet with Starlink Wi-Fi

nieuwsblad.be (Dutch)

Brussels Airlines will offer free, high-speed in-flight Wi-Fi using SpaceX's Starlink satellite network. This initiative is part of a Lufthansa Group-wide rollout, equipping around 850 aircraft. The service is expected to be available on initial flights in the latter half of 2026, with full implementation by the end of 2029. Currently, Brussels Airlines does not provide Wi-Fi. The service will be free for frequent flyers and those with a group airline Travel ID, with smaller aircraft receiving the upgrade first.
