Brunello Cucinelli Opens Paris Flagship and Premieres Documentary

Brunello Cucinelli is inaugurating his new Paris flagship on Sept. 3, coinciding with his birthday, and hosting a documentary screening and black-tie dinner to mark the occasion. The seven-floor, 30,000-square-foot store at 277 Rue Saint-Honoré features three retail levels, an alterations atelier, and a private apartment. Cucinelli emphasized equal treatment for all customers, rejecting the industry term "VIC." The flagship, open since December, replaces a smaller unit and reflects his "humanistic capitalism" philosophy. The documentary, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, premiered in Rome and will screen in Shanghai and Hong Kong in October.
