Breweries in Denver are increasingly partnering with popular food concepts to enhance their offerings. Cerebral Brewing is set to open a new taproom with Outside Pizza, allowing for a wider menu and a more stable dining experience compared to the previous food truck model. Outside Pizza will introduce new items like "foldy" sandwiches and expand its menu with starters and salads. Cerebral's taproom will feature a 24-tap bar, a lounge, and community events, aiming to create a neighborhood hub. Similarly, AJ Shreffler has launched Arty Express at New Image Brewing, offering burgers and chicken cutlets. This follows the closure of Table, which struggled to attract support for its tapas-style menu. Early signs suggest Arty's is gaining traction with local customers.
