On July 28, the Norwegian-owned cargo ship Misje Verde struck a leisure boat carrying a Swedish couple in their 40s and their two children. The father and son reached the surface; the mother and daughter died. Both survivors were seriously injured. The Russian-crewed ship's captain, a man in his 50s, was remanded in custody on Saturday. On Wednesday, the Swedish pilot was also named a suspect. He denies criminal guilt.
