Bourg-Péronnas falls 2-0 to FC Rouen in Ligue 3

Bourg-Péronnas (FBBP 01) lost 2-0 to FC Rouen in a Ligue 3 match on Saturday, having managed to contain their opponents for only the first thirty minutes before conceding late in the game. The Bressans held Rouen's attack in check during the opening half-hour with solid defensive organization, but Rouen's technical superiority eventually prevailed. Bourg-Péronnas was led by Sacko, standing in for the ill Rabuel, and goalkeeper Montfort was rarely threatened early on. Rouen's Camara attempted a long-range shot in the 28th minute, and Diaby later created chances after entering the box, but the decisive goals came only in the final moments of the match.
